WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnotherapy is a most natural, relaxing and wonderful way to make positive changes in your life.
Hypnosis is a totally natural state. It is a state that we enter into many times during a normal day:–

What does experiencing Hypnosis feel like? It is difficult to describe how you will feel when you undertake this experience as it is unique for everyone. You will be in complete control and able to open your eyes at any time but you just feel too comfortable to bother. No one can become ‘stuck’ in an hypnotic state, it is natural to awaken when ready.
Hypnotherapy really can help you change for the better. If you have made that decision to change, whatever your problem, positive suggestions made whilst you are under hypnosis can help you to break negative thought patterns and change those bad habits.
Who does it work for? Hypnotherapy is a very proactive and holistic process but like anything else, it doesn’t suit everybody – you have to be comfortable with a new approach to dealing with your problems and happy to put in the commitment to the process.
Misconceptions. There are many misconceptions about hypnosis gained from stage shows; you are not being controlled or manipulated, or even induced into a hypnotic state against your will. You are always in control of the changes you want to make, a therapist cannot ask you to do anything that you don’t want to do, as you would simply dismiss the suggestion or return to a normal awakened state.Clinical Hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis.
